Magar.Org: Acceptance of Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use (TOU) must be agreed to and abided by for use of Magar.Org's services. Please be aware that Magar.Org reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without notice. In addition, the use of Magar.Org's service(s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to Magar.Org's TOU.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Magar.Org provides users with access to its services, including various forums, and blogs. You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Magar.Org to provide the Service.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all 
activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Magar.Org of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Magar.Org will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
CONTENT REMOVAL
You acknowledge that Magar.Org may or may not pre-screen content, but that Magar.Org shall have the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via the Service. Magar.Org reserves the right to refuse, revoke or remove the content (content refers to information, data, text, documents, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video), logo, link, advertisement for any reason without prior notice or in the exercise of its sole discretion regarding material which it finds to be  objectionable. This may include, but not be limited to verbal and/or graphic obscenity, adult (pornographic content), violent, intolerant, racially biased, denigrating, or sexually oriented content or materials. This includes national/international security threats, religious conflict, gender bias, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, firearms or illegal information or violation of any International or Nepal or US laws.
SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that the service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of Magar.Org or its host company. Therefore, subscriber agrees that Magar.Org shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of Magar.Org or its host company.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT 
Magar.Org provides technical support to its subscribers. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise and services we are offering.
DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT 
The TOU specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, viewer / member agrees that Magar.Org may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they posses the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber. Subscriber must provide Magar.Org real and current contact information such as e-mail address, telephone and fax contacts.
APPLICABLE LAW 
This TOU is subject to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA and Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepal.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS FOR REGISTRATION
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States, Nepal or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration.

JURISDICTION & LEGALITY OF CONTENT
Considering the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Magar.Org and its dba domains are registered by www.smallbusiness.yahoo.com (Yahoo!'s domain registration partner, Melbourne IT, is the registrar of our domains. Our domains registered through Yahoo! are recorded and managed by Melbourne IT's ICANN-accredited domain registration group.) and database is hosted by under NepalDirectory.Org by IX Web Hosting and its servers are located in the datacenter in Hopkinsville, KY, United States and is maintained in reference to the protections afforded under local and federal laws. Laws in your country or jurisdiction may not protect or allow the same kinds of speech or distribution. Magar.Org does not encourage the violation of any laws; and cannot be responsible for any violations of such laws, should you link to this domain, or use, reproduce, or republish the information contained herein.
COPYRIGHT OR IP INFRINGEMENT
Magar.Org respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Magar.Org may at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. Any of the trademarks, service marks, collective marks, design rights, personality rights or similar other rights including any kind of copyrights that are mentioned, used or cited in the articles or published in the pages of the Magar.Org are the property of their respective owners.
